Meet Penny the Pig

Penny is a warm, curious little pig who lives at the heart of Pennyville — the most colorful neighborhood in the whole world. She has big ears for listening, a round pink snout always pointed at something new, and a piggy bank she decorated herself with golden stickers.

Penny isn't perfect with money. She's made mistakes — spent too quickly, wanted everything at the market, wondered if saving was really worth it. But that's what makes her the perfect guide for young children. She learns the same way kids do: by trying, making small mistakes, and figuring things out with the help of good friends.

In every episode, Penny faces a real money situation — a temptation, a choice, a goal, a chance to help. And by the end, she comes away with one simple idea that sticks: save a little, spend wisely, earn with pride, give with joy.

Penny speaks directly to children in a language they understand. She's not a teacher or a parent — she's a friend who's figuring it out right alongside them.

💰 What Penny Teaches

Money lesson: All four money pillars: Saving, Spending, Earning & Sharing

Penny is the heart of every money lesson in Pennyville. She's the character who shows children what it looks and feels like to save up for something, to choose between a want and a need, to earn a coin through effort, and to feel the deep satisfaction of giving something away. Because she covers all four money pillars — saving, spending, earning, and sharing — every episode with Penny builds toward a complete financial foundation.
